      Chocolate crunch forming machine adopts the foreign advanced technique and makes a further improvement, which is designed to mix various kinds of puff, nut, crunch, dry fruit ,etc.with chocolate paste together into a mould. This kind of chocolate has a light taste.

Characteristics:

1. Two crunch hoppers are designed to supply a volume of crunch material continuously.

2. Two open mixers are designed to mix the material both for chocolate and crunch together in uniformed fashion and drop them on the mould to be delivered by a conveyor.

3. A flattening device is designed to flatten the chocolate on mould and make every mould has equal amout.

4. The forming machine is designed to rub chocolate on the mould and push them into mould.

5. A surface scraper is capable to scrape any mould surface.

6. It is all controlled by frequency PLC which makes the machine more advanced and reasonable.
